information on the Extranet is up-to-date and you’re able to ask your questions,
even outside the working hours.

Extranet which is certified by VeriSign and above all, weekly preventatively
checked by Outpost 24, the international security provider.

On the Extranet you’ll find:
- your policy information;
- your personal information;
- invoices and invoice history;
- the status of your damage;
- collective arrangements from your employer;
- a clear overview of all your (collective) insurances;
- a digital PO Box for all your questions;
- always the latest news regarding your insurances;
- handy calculate and comparison tools;
- frequently asked questions about your policy’s;
- exclusive customerbenefits with the KOSTER Clever Club.
You can
also:
- pay your outstanding invoices online;
- change your personal information online;
- upload a copy of your ID;
- fill in a riskprofile (obligatory when you have insurances with an
investment element placed via KOSTER).

Everybody who has policy’s via our firm, i.e. individuals, companies, and employees of a
company that has settled their collective provisions via KOSTER, has access to
the KOSTER Extranet.

Go to www.koster.nl/activeringscode. You can ask for your activation
code with this form. You will receive an e-mail with your code.

- To activate your own account, you’ll need an activation code. You have
received this by e-mail or post.
- The activation code is used only once, only to activate your use account.
The next time you visit your Extranet, you only need your login name and
password. We’ll handle the rest, behind the scenes.

Go to www.koster.nl/wachtwoord. Fill in your login name and click on
‘verstuur’. Within seconds you’ll receive an e-mail with your personal
information. If you don’t receive an e-mail, your e-mail address is unknown to
us or non-existing. In that case you can send an e-mail to info@koster.nl.

If you don't know your login name anymore you can request your login name on www.koster.nl/vergeten.
We’ll send you your login information as soon as possible. We strongly advise
you to memorize your login information or keep them somewhere safe.

You are able to check, change of add your personal information. To do this, click on the
tab ‘mijn gegevens’. Kijk hiervoor op het tabblad ‘mijn gegevens’. We receive a
notification of all changes and we will contact the ensurance companies if needed.

Yes, this is possible. You can fill in the legally obliged customer profile via your
Extranet. You don’t have to fill in information that we already have. You can
also upload a copy of your ID or driving licence.

Yes, this is possible. Click on the tab ‘facturen’. Here you will find the outstanding
invoiced amount. Click on the tab ‘eenmalige machtiging’ to pay the outstanding
invoiced amount. You can also pay the invoices via iDEAL.

On the Extranet you can find the status of your damage. Click on the tab
‘polisoverzicht’ en then on the tab ‘schadeoverzicht’. When you click on the
description of the damage, a time schedule occurs where you can see the stadium
the treatment of your damage is in. You can also read the correspondence about
your damage.

You can do this via your personal PO Box. Go to the tab ‘postbus’ in your Extranet and
click on ‘nieuw bericht’. You can directly contact a division of KOSTER. With
‘afdelingen’ you select the division your question is about. The answer to your
question is sent to your personal PO Box on your Extranet. You receive a
notification in your personal e-mail account.

Yes, that is possible. Go to ‘mijn gegevens’ and click on ‘Polisoverzicht koppelen’. Fill
in the activationcode en postal code of the policy overview you would like to
link. If you don’t have this activation code, you can apply for one on this
page. When you have business policies, you can link these as well.

our website. We also tell you everything about new developments in our digital
newsletter i-news and on our latest news section on the website.
